Styled By Mojo Ltd offers exchanges or store credit on eligible items returned within 7 days of delivery. All return requests must be submitted and approved in advance. Items returned without prior authorisation may be refused. Returned items must be in exactly the same condition as received, including all original tags, packaging, accessories, and documentation. Any signs of wear, use, damage, tampering, or missing packaging may result in the return being declined. Once approved, return instructions will be provided by our team. We strongly recommend using a fully tracked and insured shipping service, as Styled By Mojo Ltd cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. Acceptance of delivery does not guarantee approval. If approved, store credit equal to the purchase value will be issued and is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Boutique-sourced or secured-on-demand items are acquired specifically upon purchase and may be subject to separate return conditions. These items are assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be non-refundable unless faulty or not as described. In the event of suspected misuse, fraudulent activity, or policy abuse, Styled By Mojo Ltd reserves the right to refuse the return and take appropriate action.

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, offering next working day delivery for orders placed before 2pm (excluding Sundays). UK shipping is complimentary on all orders. Boutique-sourced items are secured through our trusted European network and delivered to us within 48 hours for final inspection before dispatch.
